SECTION: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Product

MTP is a digital product containing proprietary intellectual property,

including but not limited to:

(a) Trading system methodology

(b) Signal generation algorithms

(c) Risk management frameworks

(d) Proprietary indicators and analysis tools

2. No Refunds After Access

Due to the nature of intellectual property, refunds are NOT available

once the Customer has accessed any component of MTP, including:

(a) Downloading or viewing the MTP indicator

(b) Receiving or viewing signal methodology or explanations

(c) Accessing the Discord community or member resources

(d) Viewing any proprietary strategy documentation

3. Pre-Purchase Disclosure

Customer acknowledges that prior to purchase, they had access to:

(a) Complete demo video showing system functionality

(b) Historical backtest data for verification

(c) Free Discord preview option (if applicable)

(d) Ability to ask questions via email

4. Irrevocable Knowledge

Customer acknowledges that once intellectual property is disclosed,

it cannot be "returned" or "unseen," and retains value regardless of

whether Customer actively uses the system.

5. Binding Agreement

By completing the onboarding form and accessing MTP components,

Customer enters into a binding agreement and waives any right to

refund or chargeback.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at Travis Woo Trades's sole discretion in cases of:

(a) Technical issues preventing access (must be reported within 48 hours)

(b) Unauthorized purchases (fraud/stolen card)

(c) Purchase made in error BEFORE onboarding form completion

7. Chargeback Policy

Customer agrees that initiating a chargeback after accessing intellectual

property constitutes breach of contract and may result in legal action

to recover damages.
